Banana Coconut Fry.

                                                  
This s my mom's special evening snack..An easy and tasty snack.The banana used for this snack is Ethappazham or Plantain.

Banana - 2 nos
Coconut-1 cup
Sugar    -1/2cup
Ghee    -2 tsp
Bread crumbs-1/2cup
Oil for frying.
Preparation :
1. Boil bananas and remove the black seeds inside.Grind or smash it well using backside of a spoon.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and heat coconut with the sugar in low flame and keep it aside.
3. Take the banana little little and fill it with the coconut and make it as a ball.
4.Then dip this in the bread crumbs and fry in oil till brown.

The snack is ready.Serve Hot...
