Chicken - 2lb( cut in small pieces)
Tomato - 2nos.
Ginger - 1tsp
Garlic - 4 or 5 pods
Green chillies- 4
Shallots -5
Lime juice-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Pepper powder-2 tsp
Fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
Curryleaves and salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Marinate chicken pieces with salt.lime juice,turmeric pdr,curryleaves for 30 mns.
2. Grind ginger,garlic,shallots,tomato and green chillies well with little water.
3. Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds and saute the grinded mix well.Then add chicken to it.Boil well.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. After that add coriander powder and keep it for 10-20 mns.
6. Then add pepper pdr,mix well.
7. Add garam masala and fenugreek pdr.Keep this in medium flame for 3mns.
Chicken fry is ready. Serv hot with Roti or Naan.
