Ginger Lime Squash



Lemon/Lime - 1
Crushed Ginger - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 4 -5 tsp or as rqd.
Water - 3 cups.

 Here the simple recipe for a healthy drink :
      Squeese lemon juice and keep it aside. Boil water in a pan with ginger ..When boiling put sugar,mix well and let it dissolve. Stir well and after it gets little thick switch off the flame. Strain the syrup and keep it in refrigerator for sometime and let it cool..Add the cold syrup with the lemon juice.Adjust sugar.Enjoy!!
