Spiced Butter Milk ( Sambaram or Morrum vellam)


        There is absolutely no need of any introduction about this drink Sambaram is a thirst relieving drink,which is commonly prepared daily in our homes.It is mainly served after a heavy meal for a refreshment...Enjoy!!!.
 Yoghurt - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 - 1 cup.
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3 nos.
Sallots - 1 no.
Salt to taste.
Few Curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method :
   Blend yoghurt,water and salt well in a blender.Then add chopped ginger and few curry leaves to it and blend again.Adjust salt Transfer this to a glass, garnish with green chillies coriander leaves and shallots.Mix well and enjoy after a meal.
