Smoothies..those delicious,frosty fruit drinks are good for health and is easy to make..To make smoothies,use one fruit or few kinds of fruits like banana.strawberries,blueberries etc..For a creamy drink add yoghurts plain or flavoured or can use Milk.I used Yoghurt..Here is my recipe for a tasty Smoothie!!!!!
Water Melon - 2 cup.
Natural plain Yoghurt - 3 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbs.
Chopped ginger - 1 tsp.
Ice - 1/2 cup.
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a blender..Process on high until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth and creamy...Serve immedietly!!!!!!
