Special Payar Mezhukkupuratti ( Long beans stir fry)

This is one of my favourite dish..This not like the mezhukkuvaratti that we normally cook..I think my Mom discovered this recipe.The speciality of this dish is,there s no need to boil the long beans fully..Half boiling is enough..Im sure everyone will love it..Enjoy!!


Achinga payar ( long beans) - 1lb ( Cut lengthwise)
coconut flakes                     - 2 tbs
Pepper powder                  -2 tsp
Green chillies                      - 3 nos.
Oil                                     - 3 tsp
Curry leaves and salt to taste.

Preparation :
1. Heat oil in a pan.Put cut long beans along with green chillies.
2. Add salt to taste and cover the pan with a lid.
3. Cook on low heat.And check in between and mix with a spoon.
4. When it is half cooked add pepper powder and mix well.
5. Finally add coconut flakes and curry leaves.Keep it for 3 mins in low flame ,Serve hot.
